TEST INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Read the instructions carefully before starting the test.
  2. Collect a feces or vomit sample using the cotton swab. Refer to the instruction leaflet for proper sample collection. Once the sample is ready, the test takes 10–20 minutes to complete.
  3. Mix the sample with the buffer liquid by inserting the swab into the buffer liquid tube and stirring thoroughly to ensure proper extraction.
  4. Prepare the test: Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface.
  5. Add the sample to the cassette by using the enclosed dropper to transfer the treated sample mixture from the assay buffer tube. Place 3 drops into EACH of the three S (sample) windows on the test cassette.
  6. Wait 5–10 minutes and read the results.

Checking your cat at home for parvo virus (panleukopenia or FPV), corona or giardia is very simple. Just collect fresh feces or vomit sample of your cat with the included swab stick. Then follow the included instructions. From the moment you obtain the sample, the test takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. All the necessary equipment is included. After you perform the test, the results are available at place in 10 min. This is a complete ‘at home’ test, no need to send it out to the lab.

HOW DOES A-PET-CARE ONE STEP RAPID PANEL TEST KIT WORK:

A-PET-CARE FPV+FCoV+Giardia test for cats is an antigen test and is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough Feline Parvo (Panleukopenia), Feline Coronavirus or Feline Giardia antigen in the sample, a visible T band will appear in the corresponding window. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. This means that the testing device accurately indicates the presence of Panleukopenia, Corona or Giardia antigen in the sample.

Results are ready in 5-10 minutes.
