CCV-CDV-CPV Test for Dogs – 3-in-1 Coronavirus + Distemper + Parvo Canine At-Home Kit – LFIA

The Canine Distemper test strip requires secretions from a dog’s eyes, nasal cavities, or anal glands.
It can also be performed using a serum or plasma sample.
For Canine Distemper testing, you will need one of the following:

• One swab of feces, vomit, or secretions sample
• 3–10 drops of serum or plasma (a larger sample of serum/plasma makes testing easier)

The Canine Coronavirus and Parvovirus test strip requires a dog’s feces or vomit sample.
You will need one swab of the sample to run both, Corona and Parvo tests.

Each kit contains:

• 2 Buffer liquid tubes (CCV-CPV and CDV)
• 2 Cotton swab stick
• Instructions Leaflet (one for every 10 tests)

If using feces and secretions samples, no additional equipment is needed—everything required is included in the test kit.

If using a serum sample, a syringe and centrifuge are required (syringes and centrifuge are NOT included in the kit).

Read the instructions carefully before starting the test.
Once the samples are ready the test takes 10–20 minutes to complete.

CDV (DISTEMPER) TESTING:

1. Secretions sample: collect dog’s ocular, nasal, or anal gland secretions with the cotton swab, make the swab sufficiently wet.
   Serum or plasma sample: collect a blood sample from the dog (syringes are NOT included). Centrifuge whole blood to obtain plasma or place it in a tube with anticoagulants to obtain serum.
2. Prepare the test: Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface.
3. Secretions sample: insert the swab stick into the tube containing the buffer liquid and mix thoroughly to ensure proper sample extraction. Then, transfer 3 drops of the sample mixture into the S (sample) window of the test cassette.
   Serum or plasma sample: dilute the serum / plasma sample at a 1:2 ratio using the provided buffer liquid and mix well. After dilution, place 3 drops of the sample mixture into the S (sample) window of the test cassette.
4. Wait 5–10 minutes and read the results.

CCV-CPV (CORONAVIRUS-PARVOVIRUS) TESTING:

1. Collect a feces or vomit sample using the cotton swab. Refer to the instruction leaflet for proper sample collection. Once the sample is ready, the test takes 10–20 minutes to complete.
2. Mix the sample with the buffer liquid by inserting the swab into the buffer liquid tube and stirring thoroughly to ensure proper extraction.
3. Prepare the test: Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface.
4. Add the sample to the cassette by using the enclosed dropper to transfer the treated sample mixture from the assay buffer tube. Place 3 drops into the S (sample) window on the test cassette.
5. Wait 5–10 minutes and read the results.

The test is valid for 16 months or longer from the date of purchase.
